Soda blasting is like sand blasting using baking soda instead of sand. Sodablasting can paint more gently than sand blasting. It can also gently remove smoke, mold, and other substances from many different types of surfaces.
Soda Blasting is so gentle the paint can be stripped from a soda can without damaging the thin aluminum. If it can do that for a soda can, think what it could do with that classic car you're restoring.
In the passed, the only way you could restore an unsightly or contaminated surface was to strip it with removers, sandblasting, pressure washing or simply removing it and starting over from scratch.
Now there is an alternative called Soda / Media Blasting, the process of using Sodium Bicarbonate Crystals (Baking Soda) and eco-friendly abrasives that are natural, non-hazardous, food grade quality, inorganic salt with a soft crystalline structure. Baking Soda is completely soluble in water and poses no special safety or disposal concerns to the environment.
